In EE we have shortcuts that refer to advanced queries which prompt the user to enter a variable,

For example we have a shortcut that takes the user to Inventory Transactions History and prompts them to enter the Lot/Batch No

I understand SQL and Advanced Queries aren’t possible in Aurena however is it possible to prompt the user for an variable input? In EE this is possible by putting a & in the search criteria field

We are currently using IFS Apps 10 - UPD 19

My company would also like to understand how we can achieve this in Aurena…

When using EE, we commonly created saved searches with a combination of pre-defined criteria, and user specified criteria (using the format “%&user_promp%”).

When the user runs the saved search, they are prompted to enter data. The search then runs using both the predefined criteria and the user defined criteria.

This can be very useful, as it allows the complex search criteria to be pre-defined in the saved search, while still allowing the user to define some specific criteria.

Is there any way to achieve a similar result in Apps 10 Aurena or in IFS Cloud Aurena?
