"Order Report" greyed in Operational Reporting / Reports

In IFS10 on ifspp account one of reports in Operational Reporting is not available (C_PAY_GRIDLOCKS_REP). It has greyed submenu options: Order report, Show Archived Reports, Schedule Report, View Schedules. Other reports are available for print. When I try to add it to Report Schedule I got message: Report “C_PAY_GRIDLOCKS_REP” is not available for scheduling for current User (IFSAPP). In solution Manager / Operational Reporting / Report Definitions “Domain” and “Category” boxes are empty.Where can I unblock this report?

Max row in mobile sync rule

Hi Team,Can we lower the row max query, if the table has more records in the table.Eg: Part able has 60000 and i need to give 50000 in row max.Can this be achieved in sync rule. Thank you

Pre Posting on a Supplier Agreement

I am assuming this is not an option but thought I would put it on here for clarification or possible other ideas.Is there a way to add pre posting data on the Supplier Agreement line instead of having to put it on the PO each time we do a release?I wanted to test setting up our monthly utilities on a blanket purchase order and do releases. But, there needs to be pre posting added to get the posting controls correct.Currently on IFS Cloud 23.R1 SU 5.

Cloud 22R1 - mWO Service Windows Push Notification

Hello,I’m trying to enable Push Notification option in Windows environment (laptop) for mWO Service. I do not see an option to enable Notification within the windows app settings. IFS 10 .Net Print Agent Spooler

My company is on IFS 10 UPD 13 and we got the patch to allow sockets in the .net print agent. This was pulled out of a future patch and supplied to us. We are experiencing an issue where certain printers are having the error “Listener Failed: The process cannot access the file ‘c:\tmp\...\spool_queue.dat’ because it is being used by another process.” Would anyone know what might cause this error to occur? Once we restart the service the printer starts working again.

poosibility to restrict access to employee selection templates in IFS Cloud for a defined group

Hi Community!I have another interesting and (from my point of view) relevant question concerning the restricted usage of employee selection templates.As you might know I can define different employee selection templates by using different selection parameters (Like Position, Schedule, Wage Class and so on)As far as I konw this is mainly used to generate anual Absence Allowances for Vacation or Special Vacation for heavily disabled empoloyees.Now I have a situation, that a certain group should not be able to see all the templates and so I am looking for a way to restrict access to certain selection templates for certain employees.The reason of this issue is the “My Team Absence Calendar”-Page because if I use the Selection Criteria- Button as an employee I can see all the templates:As you see there are both selection templates visible for this employee. What I am trying to archive is that this employee can only see the first template and the second one shouln’t even be visible nor selec

VAT on BOE

Hi everyone,In French tax rules for sales of services in France, VAT on BOE must be reported at the time of payment, not when the BOE is created.In IFS Cloud, VAT voucher is generated when the BOE is created and it’s just possible to postpone the Tax Liability date.In several cases, VAT reconciliation is difficult because VAT voucher entries are posted on a month and VAT transaction to declare is available on the following month.Do you find yourself in this situation? Shop orders not visible in Master schedule

Hello all, Lately I see the following issue appearing in IFS cloud: Shop orders with header status started and the material status is completely issued and operation status is completely reported are not visible in the MS but they are visible in the screen inventory part availability planning. Parts Delivered to CustomerWhen the supplier has informed you that the parts are delivered to your customer and you have entered the direct delivery in your system, the purchase order is automatically closed. The status on the purchase order is changed from Released or Confirmed to Closed. The customer order receives the status Delivered, and the customer can be invoiced. This assumes that no partial deliveries remain on either order. If the supplier has partially delivered an order and for any reason is not able to fully deliver the order, it is possible to manually close the purchase order. We are trying to use the above process, but when the parts are received the PO is closed, but the customer order is NOT being updated, thus we are unable to invoice the customer. Is there a setting or configuration needed to make this work? Supply Chain personnel get a Warning message when they register the Direct Delivery. Message says that the customer order has been cancelled or unpegged from

CrmCustomer entity?

Hello, I am attempting to add a custom field to the Accounts - CRM page in IFS Cloud, but there is no entity called CRMCUSTOMER, like the debug console is claiming. Entity configurations, entity pages, etc, none show an entity called CRMCUSTOMER. I also searched the excluded entities list but still nothing is appearing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Item component deleted after item uninstallation

Hi, When you want to delete the component of an inventory item (following a uninstallation) you have a blocking message “Site is mandatory” and you cannot go further. Why this message ? Below, the case. You have 2 installed items (IT01 and IT02) on a site, that has been installed through a Service Order. The installed item IT02 is then added as component of the istalled item IT01.Then in a service order you uninstall the IT01 item, with the option “Return to inventory”.The IT01 is now an inventory item, with it’s component IT02. ==> You cannot delete the component because you have the blocking message “Site is mandatory”.NB. In V14 you don’t have this message, and can delete the component IT02. But (strange) after deletion, the component IT02 becomes installed item on the site were it was. Why doesn’t it become an inventory item in the wharehouse where it has been returned with the IT01 ? Thanks by advance for your answer
