 In former Versions of IFS there was an editor to create a formatted Text for the confirmationn statement:


In Apps 10 it looks like this:
 

 In Cloud I find no possibility to open an editor:

Is there any other possibility to create a formatted text for a confirmation statement?

HI, 

To answer the question… any other way to generate the formatted text…  It’s fairly common for clients to email such types of documents. 

The IFS event server using the PDF_CREATED event can be used to create automated emailing of many types of documents.   The event action is typically formatted with text as you describe in the posting. 

The event action allows far greater formatting than that text editor you show from apps 10, in addition to that - the report would be emailed.

@Kalle in Aurena, this is possible via Page Designer. There, you can see that most fields have a property called Multiline which is turned off by default. You can simply turn it on and then you get the editor you wanted 😁
