I would go to Warehouse Management > Counting > Create Count Report. These can be created by warehouses, bays, etc.

Once created a detailed report can be printed. 

Then the count result is entered into Count per count report and confirmed.

also depending on what you’re more detailed requirements are, there are more counting functionalities available under Warehouse Management > Counting and Site has additional parameters under the Inventory tab.
