Hi All.Could someone help how may I use the latitude and longitude in object map positions or location?My need is that the mobile user can see the object location like (click in the link and direct to googlemaps or another map app) and also as he receives a worktask and see the direction based on the object location or map position.tried to use both but no success.Map position is with the error bellow, and putting the latitude and longitude in address 1, there is no link to click and navegate.also tried to copy a shared googlemap link but I could see that Google changes the link of the same address.Do I need to have a virtual map license to use one of these options?Tks a lot Map position error as click in button on object screen.

We upgraded to App10 in December. After he upgrade we found that some of our reports did not work properly. We have a problem with information extracted from Customer Order lines - Business Reporting seems unable to extract the correct quantity and base price from the Customer Order line. Hi, I’m trying to call an endpoint and pass some data in xml format to it. However, I’m getting the following error: STUCK thread while executing native sender: 'HTTP_SENDER1' Both my IFS application and the endpoint are inside the same network, so there isn’t any firewall blocking it. Both the endpoint and the error message are given in the screenshot (in red). Please advise on how I can solve this issue.
I have added a bunch of documents to a selection (in Document Revisions). I may select one document and right click on it and select File Operations > Copy File To… and in the popup window Name Files Using… I may choose Original File Name (instead of Document Title and Name). But when I select more than one document I don’t get the possibility to choose the original file names. The documents are all saved with IFS generated file names. Would it be possible to, in one way or another, bulk export the documents with their original file names? If I am going to export ~50 documents it’s a time consuming process to export them each and each or rename them afterwards. They have to have their original filenames to match the names in another system.

Hi, Just wondering if there is a solution to validating UK VAT numbers post Brexit. We have used the IFS API up till now which links to VIES EU website. Unfortunately all UK (GB) VAT numbers have now been removed from the site and the validation no longer works. UK government have set up a new website that can validate the UK VAT numbers only. Interested to know what other companies are doing regarding this issue/IFS solution to enable the validation of VAT numbers through multiple sites without having to revert to manual processes. I am wondering why sometimes the PM setting start date is not matching with planned date in maintenance plan.I think something went wrong on the specific PM line because others PM line in same contract created correctly.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,
Emailed PDF for MRB case failing to send for some Users. Can’t determine why some users are able to receive emailed PDF while others cannot. Attached is the window in particular. There are, of course, workarounds, however, this window in saves users time and is a logical step. Any ideas? Note: I’ve left email-to-field the blank for the sake of the example.

How do I set the default columns that user sees when they create a Purchase Requisition, and add Part Lines. I want a field that is not in the default selection to be visible for input for ALL users by default. If they choose to overwrite and hide, fine, but by default I want it there to revert back to.
Inside a task, in time reports, only those entries get inserted for which transaction date is same as Planned start date, why? I think if a technician work for 3 days, he wants to enter his time report for Day1, Day2 & Day 3, he should fill here & it should be accepted.Also, when technician starts reporting time, the system shows me all the resources of assigned group, not only the assigned person, why?Ex. assignment of below task is to a Resource 25COPY but in time reporting, it shows me all resources of assigned group--why? I expected it to auto populate the resource who is assigned to the task.
I have created a new company. In the Tax/Control / Invoice Tab, i need to enter data. IE I need to add select Amount Method from drop down and add a line for Tax liability country with our VAT number. However I am unable to do this as the save button and add buttons are all greyed out. I created the company as IFSAPP and have added my user ID to users per company. Neither IFSAPP nor myu user ID can edit this page.I can edit the fields in this screen for all other companies so it is not a permissions issue. I must have missed a prerequisite set up for the company that is required to allow this screen to be edited? Can someone please advise.?
Currently when I click on the call icon in the panel, I automatically get navigated to the new Teams - When I select “Not right now”, the call doesn’t go through - Is there a way I can stop this prompt for switching to new Teams and use the old Teams to make the call?

Can you manually change the rate on a customer invoice (CUSTORDDEB or COADVDEB)? It does not look like it is possible. My question is why the “Currency rate” field is greyed out when the invoice is in Preliminary status? Is there a config somewhere that is blocking that field? Is that standard way in IFS 10? It seems like you need to create a currency rate correction (does not work for COADVDEB) and it creates 2 additionnel invoices, one to reverse the original invoice and a second one to recorded a new invoice with the correct rate. Is there a easier way than that?

More sophisticated spreading options exists if you enter the hours in Project Resource Forecast and then “transfer to planning” (to Project Navigator). Note that the spreading, e.g. frontloaded, remains in Project Navigator, i.e. until you might change it there.Thus, what I would like to understand is whether it is possible to allocate employees towards a spread demand, e.g. frontloaded, and spread the allocation similarly to the demand, or if I am “stuck” with an option to only have linearly spread allocation within the allocation period.I do realize that there are challenges/prerequisites for spreading allocation equal to demand, e.g. if you chose to allocate in only a subset of the demand period because how then would you spread.
