Could someone help how may I use the latitude and longitude in object map positions or location?

My need is that the mobile user can see the object location like (click in the link and direct to googlemaps or another map app) and also as he receives a worktask and see the direction based on the object location or map position.

tried to use both but no success.

Map position is with the error bellow, and putting the latitude and longitude in address 1, there is no link to click and navegate.

also tried to copy a shared googlemap link but I could see that Google changes the link of the same address.

Do I need to have a virtual map license to use one of these options?
