Problems with Business Reporting after installation of App10

We upgraded to App10 in December. After he upgrade we found that some of our reports did not work properly. We have a problem with information extracted from Customer Order lines - Business Reporting seems unable to extract the correct quantity and base price from the Customer Order line.

 

Has anyone else had these type of issues?

Have you upgraded existing reports using “IFS BR Report Upgrade Utility” after the IFS Applications 10 migration?

We have run the script, but apparently there were some error messages. The It dept will try again.

There are no error messages. But we figured out that it was the Country from the Customer Address that caused the problem. When I leave Country out of the report, the numbers are correct.
