Hi,

I have two users who are time clock users(checkbox selected in the employee window). 

I am getting the below error.

 


When I log in using ifsapp this issue does not occur.

Could someone please help?

Hi @ekavang , Employee status could also be one of the reasons for this error. For the 2 employees, in the employee window please check the employee status code - it should be active status code.

Thanks! but I have checked and both employees are in active state.​​​​​​

There is a checkbox in Employee file that must be selected for the employee to use Time Clock. It is this checkbox that also checks the CTU license for Time Clock

 

Hi,

I got the same error “Employee not a time clock user”, and non above solved it. Then I connected a Schedule in ‘Time Clock Employee Settings’ and it worked.
