Hi All,

Please advise me on this scenario,

  • Same serial number should be able to receive in two different companies in two different sites with different condition codes.
  • But I get this error 

  • Same serial number is already received under different condition code to a different site.

Please advise.

Any reasons for that? Do we need to check from backend?

@IniNaadiJ might need to check back end after preliminary investigations done through the support team. 

Hi @IniNaadiJ,

You may also check the below setting on the Part (Master Part or Part Catalog) window as well for the Part Number in question.

 

Also, as far as I am aware each Serial Number is unique to the Part Number and not allowed to be repeated between different companies as well. It may be worth understanding if this is something that has been done before in your organization?
