Hi,I create quick report (SQL statement) based on Purchares Order view. Each row have a order_no. When “view report” click , then i have results and I need RMB (menu item) to navigate to ifs window "Purchase Order" with this order_no from the row.How can I do this ?
Hi ALl, Working in 23R1 and I noticed some strange behaviour.I created a Work Order from a Customer Order using ‘Related Pages’ > ‘Service Request’. Once the Work Order was created I could go from CO to WO by using ‘Related Pages’ > ‘Connected Work Orders’. But strangely enough, as soon as the WO goes into status ‘Released’, you can no longer navigate from the CO to the WO because the ‘Connected Work Orders’ link is no longer present. It is replaced with ‘Service Request’ again. (see printscreens below). I am happy that there is a possibility to connect a second WO to my CO, but not so happy with the fact that the possibility to easily navigate from CO to Wo is now gone as soon as my WO becomes ‘Released’. Is this intended behaviour or a bug? Looking forward to any feedback on this. I have a scenario like below and need to recreate in build place.Common costs are reported as follows.Rent 100,000Wages 250,000# of calls for Cost/profit center 1 = 200# of calls for Cost/profit center 2 = 350I need to allocate (pro-rate) above rent and wages for each cost center based on number of calls .I used the Periodical allocation guideline but could not recreate . Hello,I am having some troubles with client scripts and client scripts SQL. I am trying to create a client script that will get user_def9. In our remote deployment, airgapped, we have been using jfrog artifictory.For different reasons we want to change to other artifactory and are trying a setup with Harbor.However, it doesn’t seem like the scripts provided can handle Harbor.Looking for input around this. Anyone that are using Harbor or other artifactory than jfrog?Guidelines for how to proceed.Have not found anything in the IFS documentation about supported artifactories.Currently we are running version 23.2.4

Hello, In a workflow projection (now called API) task, we have the below action options.Create (HTTP POST) Read (HTTP GET) Update (HTTP PATCH) Delete (HTTP DELETE) Call (API Methods)This is great for most use cases, but PATCH is not the only HTTP method for updating resources via web requests. In my particular case, I need to send a PUT request to one of the IFS APIs to update certain data. Is there a way to invoke the PUT method through a projection task? I know I can setup a service user, obtain a bearer token, and run a REST call, but I would rather not have all that additional overhead. Any and all advice would be appreciated. Thank you,Dylan
I can see on the Resource Gantt chart in PSO, there is an option to add additional Custom Columns, including Additional Attribute. What is the source of that column and how do you specify it? Are the Additional Attribute from the Resource Attributes? Is so, how do you format the expression to display the desired attribute? Trying add data here using Custom Columns, Additional Attributes.Are these Resource Attributes the source for Additional Attributes?

HelloWe are attempting to use the CRM Panel to create business opportunities and business mails from incoming emails. Right now, the business mails are creating, but attachments are not flowing from outlook to IFS. I checked my CRM/SRM Panel Settings and i have SAVE_EMAIL_BODY set to TRUE and SKIP_ATTACHMENTS set to FALSE. I dont receive any errors when creating the business mail, it just doesnt attach anything. Any tips?

Setup: IFS Applications 10 UPD 6 On trying to run IFS Aurena Notify Me 10 we are receiving the following error: Something went wrong! Reference: IDP-U5Mvq0wrYt6A Code: IDP_PROTOCOL_FLAW Message: Request failed to fulfil protocol requirements. Information: Invalid redirect URL I know in the past we have had to open IFS Middleware Server Admin Console > Security > Database Identity Provider > External Redirect URls and added the Redirect URl for the application that is displaying the error. My problem is where do I locate the Redirect URl so that I can add this? Can anyone please advise?

Hello to the community I have a question regarding time registration bookings; i have project transactions which have valid postings and are approved (time bookings done from 01/04 to 05/04) I then run the “transfer cost accounting” task today but get the following error message : I am wondering if the dates are an issue here, can i run the action in the current month or do you have any other clue on the possible reasons for that ? Is there a process to get the system populated with example, demo, or dummy data?We are new to IFS Cloud, and will be starting our implementation process with our partner soon. However, we would like to be able to see what a basic setup would look like.Our prior ERP system had an example database which had the minimal setup with some dummy transactions. This was helpful in exploring functionality not implemented and was helpful to the development process.
Hello, I am wondering if there is a way to edit / create correction transactions for project transactions which have already been transferred and for which the period is closed? Ex, Being in April, I would like to edit time registration from March for some employees without opening march period again, is that possible to edit and have a voucher to reflect change in April but which would still update project balance through this change?
