IFS Service CollABorative: Tech Talk Session with Stephen Jeffs-Watts, SVP Service Applications at IFSDate of Meeting: 17 April 2024 10:00 AM US Eastern Standard Time Stephen Jeffs-Watts Presentation: Slide: Service Management Collaborative Product UpdateI'm Stephen Jeffs-Watts based out of the UK, I'm the head of the service applications group in R&D. I've been at IFS for the best part of 18 years and leading the service management part of our R&D since March 2020. Does anyone face issues with part numbers longer than 25 characters (IATA/ATA S2000)? Version is 23R1 or after, cloud setup. While using ATA Spec 2000, the part-number field should be kept as concise as possible. While there is no strict character limit, it’s essential to avoid unnecessary complexity. I thought an stable solution was to put the integration user used, with a default language. So, on the IFS user, set the preferred language and then the rest call (using this user) would get the states, error messages, etc in this language. But it doesn't seems to work.Anyone that could bring some light over this question, how I could get translated values/messages returned out from my endpoints?I am on App10 environment.
