Does IFS have a plan/timeframe for adding Find/Replace functionality in IFS Cloud?
Hi,My customer has a problem with CAMT054 files in Mixed Payment, after upgrade from IFS10 UPD6 to UPD15. Previously, when the transactions from "External Payments" (CAMT054 file) was loaded into a "Mixed Payment", transactions of the type "Acknowledge Supplier Payment Order", were grouped into one row (more or less) in "Mixed Payment"/ tab Transactions .The detailed information could then be viewed in tab "Matching Transactions" in the lower part of the window.UPD6:Now, after the upgrade to UPD15, one row for each transaction is created in the upper part of tab "Transactions" in "Mixed Payment", instead of a lump sum:This is a big problem for my customer when handling the payments, since there are now a large amount of rows to handle.Has someone else experienced the same problem? Any ideas of what changes in IFS10 UPD7 or later, that can explain why this functionality behaves differently after upgrading?Best regards,Karin

I would like to make a small push for a very nice and simple e-sign functionality that was released in IFS Cloud 23R2. It's more or less zero install and zero setup, you can just start using it once you have bought at least one pack of e-sign transactions. HelloWe are attempting to use the CRM Panel to create business opportunities and business mails from incoming emails. Right now, the business mails are creating, but attachments are not flowing from outlook to IFS. I checked my CRM/SRM Panel Settings and i have SAVE_EMAIL_BODY set to TRUE and SKIP_ATTACHMENTS set to FALSE. I dont receive any errors when creating the business mail, it just doesnt attach anything. Any tips?
We are currently working through an implementation of IFS Cloud and are running in to an issue when transferring new manufactured parts during our practice sessions.Our current process includes the creation of new manufactured parts that may use some standardized manufactured components. We have released/transferred the revisions for these standardized parts.Our issue arises when we use one of these standard parts in a new top part structure, new revisions of the previously released components are being created every time we release/transfer a new top part. We are currently selecting “Single Level Transfer” when performing the Engineering Revision Transfer Action, is this an unintended consequence?
Is there a way to expose an IAL in a projection or query builder to be called to read data through GET API? I was not able to find a way to do that ? is this something possible ?

The lookup in PART_NEED.PLACE_ID_FROM should show these 2 places/locations (in the box) This is the setup I have done. Hi,Anyone else patched their servers recently and had KB5035855 installed?It’s been installed on our Test and Live Mobile servers, and after installation, the device fails to fully completed an initialisation. Get stuck on the image below. As you can see it says the process has ended, but the device just spins.I uninstall the KB and restart the server. The moment that happens the process completes fully. Therefore, just wondering if this is known at IFS and if others have had a similar issue too? Cheers Ady

I am attempting to update all part usage lines on a Task when task.user_def4 is set to a particular value.I have setup a Custom Process XML business rule with TASK as the Primary Table and this is firing when task.user4 is set. The Custom Process is shown below.I want to update part_usage.part_line_code on all part usage lines on the task. I have the following error message when i forgot to select activity sequence n° if I do a manual voucher on project : “Activity Sequence No must have a value for Project 1092”. This control is very important. This control is now not active, and now i am able to select a project without Activity sequence when i do a manual voucher on project. Hello,We have created an embedded work space for Power BI and can by some settings find reports available in the element designer phase.But if we want to find the details for a report we have no permissions.What settings or Permissions is required to acces the Element Designer for Power BI-elements?We have tried all the permission sets in IFS and the user also has access to the report in Power BI service.Does anyone have a guideline for this or know what’s missing?
Hello, I have created a handful of custom fields (type read-only) that I have included in operational reports. For example, I have balance due and customer PO fields on the collective invoice form. There is an issue where, if someone has a customer order that gets invoiced into a collective invoice, but changes their PO, when the collective invoice is first printed off originally, the PO comes up as the updated PO but the balance due is zero, even though the balance due is pulling the open amount. (SELECT OPEN_AMOUNT FROM LEDGER_ITEM_CU_DET_QRY WHERE LEDGER_ITEM_ID= :INVOICE_NO) When we reprint modified the collective invoice form, the PO gets changed to the old PO value and the balance due field becomes the correct, up to date, value. Has anyone encountered this before? Does anyone know what the correct approach is? Hi all, My questions are related to workflows that are executed asynchronous. In my scenario I have a workflow of type process enrichment that is executed on creating new work orders. When triggered, the workflow will update several fields. The trigger for this workflow is a custom event on ACTIVE_WORK_ORDER_TAB. There are no conditions placed on the custom event action. The timing is set to 'Asynchronous’ and this causing some strange behavior. For me and a colleague the event and workflow are triggered and the update is performed. For another user the event and workflow are not triggered. All users are having the same permissions and we are all performing the exact same test scenario. We also performed the test in several browsers. I'm having the following questions:How could it be that for some users the trigger does work and for others not? When a workflow is executed asynchronous, can we see that somewhere in IFS? Because the workflow watch doesn't show any information (only when
I am unable to get Labor Load Details to populate after running CRP. I have Man Labor Hours connected to Shop Order Operations. I also have Labor Classes (all set for groups). We do not house employee information in IFS. I have Crew Size, Labor Classes, etc. entered on routings. As a reference, we are in the process of adding a Scheduling Visualizer Tool (i.e. Manufacturing Visualizer) but I am trying to do all of my prechecks to make sure it is pulling all the correct information. We are in the beginning stages of a migration from an AS400 ERP to IFS Cloud. I’m an enterprise software engineer who is new to the IFS world.Our current warehouse shipping process involves a piece of custom software that screen-scrapes from an AS400 terminal session into a Windows application called ClipperShip. This software handles all the carrier specific logic, including printing labels, etc., then another piece of custom software gets the data out of ClipperShip and back into the AS400 ERP.We would like our new solution to be as simple as possible for warehouse employees. Ideally it would be completely web-client based. We have started evaluating some API-based shipping solutions like ProShip and ShipEngine. Here are my questions after reading through the technical documentation: 1.
