Obsolete revisions on PM Actions

Hi,

I don’t understand why these options are not activated for updating Work Task Template Revision on PM Actions, Can you help me?

 

I have the WTT AMS3 Rev 5 Active but the rev4 is linked to the PM Action:

When I try to see the PM Actions and WOs where the obsolete revision is linked I am not able because options are greyed:

 

Why is this happening?

 

As I can see at the F1 online help

 

These three otions should be enable, Isn’t it?

    Hi,

     

    If you have run ‘Replace obsolete work task templates on PM actions’ from the navigator these options will be disabled. If not, if you had selected ‘Replace Obsolete revisions on PM actions’ RMB on Work Task Template once, then these options will be disabled. You can test these scenarios by creating a new revision.
