We are integrating Vertex Cloud (version 9?) to IFS Apps 10 upd 9. Are there known concerns or incompatibilities with Vertex? What are the certified versions of Vertex with IFS Apps?

There is an external tax interface done for IFS Applications.
It is developed and certified for use in the US and it support not only Vertex but also Avalara.
The interface currently supports Vertex Inc for O-series and Q-series and Avalara AvaTax and the integration covers:

- Customer Order Invoice
- Return Material Authorization
