I was wondering is someone could guide me in the right direction. We’re looking to set a routine in IFS that automatically prints order confirmation when a customer order is released. Could anyone please guide me on how to go about setting this up?

You need to enable event action PDF_REPORT_CREATED. And the conditions where the report name should match CUSTOMER_ORDER_CONF_REP. Follow the below topic for more detailed information & explanation.
