Change or Delete Owner on Inventory Item

I believe you will need to update the inv_type_id of the item itself to bad instead of customer_bad.

Perhaps you can do a customer return to bring it back into normal inventory.  I am assuming the repair order was completed?

The repair order was indeed completed and disposition was set to: return to stock

While in inventory owner was still the customer. i updated item and bin part true db, so its fixed.
But i was looking for OOB to set Customer Owner stock to normal stock, but could not find it in the docs.

Ok, I don’t think we have anything other than Customer Return which would change the owner if the item was credited and in this case, as you probably don’t want to create an invoice, that process would have to not generate invoices if the value is zero in the billing when doing billing.

OOB (Out of Box), Alliance does not have an option to just remove the owner and it does not pick up as direct transfer I believe ignores customer owned items which is why you do not see in the serial number look up.
