I see from the Apps 10 32 Bit Runtime unsupported KBA there is this nugget - has anyone experience of using Crystal with the Report Gateway, or indeed any other third part rendering tool.
I believe Report Studio will not let you add IAL’s into your reports?
Starting from 25R1, IFS instead offers a generic reporting integration capability in the form of the IFS External Reports Gateway. This enables integration with a third-party rendering tool of your choice (including Crystal, if desired). Unlike the previous Crystal Reports specific integration, this is not provided out of the box. It is a generic integration point and therefore requires some implementation effort.
