Can we als add Alerts to Ship Lists when Shiplist is creating and must send to specific warehouse or company?
I expected this to work the same as with CS, SV and RP order. But when I set an alert on a specific to warehouse or to company, no Alert appears on the Ship List. Is this as designed or is it possible in another way. Note I am talking about Alerts not Alarms.

No, this functionality is not standard in the application and would have to be done by a customization if you want this ‘triangle’ available within the ship list module to provide special information.
The pop up I was referring to is a one off pop up (or email message also) that would be sent when the ship list itself is created. Not a pop up that appears each time the pick list or ship list is opened.
Sorry, but this would a true RFE that would have to be developed as a local customization, not part of standard.

Do you mean to send an email or a pop-up message to person or group?
If so, I think it should be possible but have to actually try building such a Process Flow with the right trigger and action. At least the Process Flow definition does have entries for document creation, etc.
However, one thing to keep in mind is HOW the ship list is created. It may be that the trigger is only caught when creating a ship list directly as opposed from creating from another module source for example from an IMO. Please provide more information about where you are generating the ship list from and expected output.

for example, in Sevice order. If we add a Alert true Attachment on Customer Level, then when customer is selected in New Service Order you get a Alert pop-up out of the box, and there is also a red triangle.
If your click the triangle you can see the alerts that are added true Attachment in the Customer Center.
We want the same functionality for Ship List, but that not working as i expected, so i think it is not available for ship list.
I have checked process flow to trigger a pop-up, but i am not getting it to work yet.
We are generate Ship List from IMO or Pick List.
