Hello Community!

I hope you are all doing well my simple question is that lets suppose we have a sales contract in which we have to built 2 individual boat.

1-So will we create 2 different projects?

                           OR

2-Create 1 project with 1 Project Navigator and create 2nd project as a sub-project in the first project navigator.

Reason for asking this question is that we receive only one payment from client per milestone i.e. “steel cutting” 25% how will we divide the payment on both project

Note: Both Projects have different scheduling activities

Hello,

I think you could have two line items on your Sales Contract (SC) and tie each one to a different project.  Then, when you create your AFP, it’ll have two line items on it but the result will be a single invoice.  You will need to set Project Unique Billing to OFF for this to work.
