Set up external tranport lead time per county

In IFS Cloud, we set up the customer order delivery lead time per customer adress with the customer supply chain matrix.

But, when using single occurence adress; this delivery lead time is not updated.

So, is there a way to create a supply chain matrix per county and not per customer adress??

In others words, is there a way to set up lead time on higher level than the customer??

Thanks in advance

Philippe

Hi @phidem ,

If your customer is internal customer then we can think about fetching delivery lead time from the site-to-site matrix. But, I think, in your issue it is for external customer deliveries.

regards,

Piyal

Hello,

Thanks for your reply but, yes, my need is for external customer deliveries.

We are in France and deal with specifics products. We set up the delivery lead time with the customer  supply chain matrix. But, in case of single occurence adress we can have lead time difference of severals days.

So, I’m searching a way to set up a delivery lead time per county for all type of customer adress.

If somebody have an idea??

Thanks in advance

Best regards

Philippe
