Project shop order _ Shop floor workbench

Hello all,

I created a shop order from a project “Create Project supply Request” . From the shop order workbench I could not find the shop order. I verified I don’t have any filter blocking.

With the same filter on shop order workbench, I created a shop order and then I connected the shop order to the project and it worked.

Does this mean that it is not possible to display SO on “shop order workbench” for all SO generated from the project?

Does any one have an idea about this?

Operations for project connected shop orders should be visible from Shop Floor Workbench just as any other shop order operations. I tested and it worked fine for me.

What was your “Filter”?  Could you try just filtering for the SO number itself?  Dose the Project have any Team “Access” - limiting viewing?  Were there Operations on your Project SO?

Hello All,

Thank you for your answers. Exactly, the project team launched the shop order with a due date in 1 year. So it was out of the period of the filter on the shop floor workbench. I though that there is parameter for SO generated from projects. thanks
