Updating Manager details in Contact User using Datamapper

I have successfully created a datamapper and channel in ETM 11.8 to try and update the user Contact Manager, however, although it appears successful when I run the import, but nothing is updated and all I get is ‘Record to Update’ value not found.

The datamapper is like this, although I have tried various derivatives and still get the same result - can any one advise me what I am doing wrong? Thanks
