Could someone help me know if there is a window in Cloud R24 that contains information about the reporting of an employee's hours to projects and to their Organization?

I remain attentive, thank you very much

Hi,

SOunds like you are looking for Time Card or TIme Registration. Both these pages show both Attendance time and Job hours.

Time Card is for employees that use clocking based time reporting and can be used also in combination with Time registration.

Using Time registration only is for employees with Result based time reporting (no clockings)

Regards,

Maria

Good afternoon,

Thanks for the answer, a question, is it possible to establish a combined configuration to be able to record time and also by result?

I've been playing with the timebase configuration, and if I choose the hourly wage versus work schedule, the hours reported by result are replaced by the time record. And with the Auto Insertion Normal Hours configuration, the same thing happens vice versa.

Hi,

First you need to decide if you need attendance to be reported with exact time or not (intervals or just results) - if so you have to select Clockingbased on both time bases.

If employees will report attendance manually result based you can choose Manual or Generated time base for attendance. In this case you can choose either Job hour based or Automatic insert for the time registration time base.

Automatic insert is good to use if the employees don’t always report full days with job hours but you still want full days of attendance.

Job hour based is good if you should only generate attendance exactly corresponding to the time you spend on job hours.

Regards,

Maria
