Over the last few days we have to got complains from several technicians saying, the MWO App is Offline time to time. They face this issue when trying to sync the application. In the Sync Monitor it says offline.
According to them it comes back online after a while.

I have checked the device logs and noticed below errors during this time
E 3/11/2025 10:40:05 AM <Ifs.Cloud.Client.Exceptions.CloudException><Message>Server is not reachable</Message><System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException><Message>The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.</Message><System.IO.IOException><Message>Unable to read data from the transport connection: Network subsystem is down.</Message><System.Net.Sockets.SocketException><Message>Network subsystem is down</Message></System.Net.Sockets.SocketException></System.IO.IOException></System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException></Ifs.Cloud.Client.Exceptions.CloudException>
E 3/11/2025 10:40:06 AM <Ifs.Cloud.Client.Exceptions.CloudException><Message>Server is not reachable</Message><System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException><Message>No such host is known</Message><System.Net.Sockets.SocketException><Message>No such host is known</Message></System.Net.Sockets.SocketException></System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException></Ifs.Cloud.Client.Exceptions.CloudException>
Is this happening because of network issues or is this a known bug? We haven’t seen this issue before.
We are in 24R1 SU5. We are using MWO MaintEng app. These techs are using the android app and the version is 25.2.1422.0.
Thank you
