MWO APP goes Offline when trying to sync

Over the last few days we have to got complains from several technicians saying, the MWO App is Offline time to time. They face this issue when trying to sync the application. In the Sync Monitor it says offline.

 

According to them it comes back online after a while.

 

I have checked the device logs and noticed below errors during this time

Is this happening because of network issues or is this a known bug? We haven’t seen this issue before.

 

We are in 24R1 SU5. We are using MWO MaintEng app. These techs are using the android app and the version is 25.2.1422.0.

This defect in the core product has now been resolved. The fixed application is scheduled for submission to the Google Play Store on March 28th. After submission, it will undergo Google's approval process, and once approved, it is expected to be published within one to two days. Customers will be able to download the updated app directly from the store.
