Our client needs to create about a 100 companies(SPV). We would like to know the complete list of tables which are copied when we create a new company and list of table which are specific to companies.

As a general process, we use a company template type model. IFS has many predefined templates to serve as a starting point for a new company. This includes hundreds (or more) of data elements.
Typically, most consultants would create a single company, set this up as far as possible, and then use this as a basis for the other companies.
I don’t know of anyone who has done what you're asking. Furthermore, I would not recommend that process.
You can use the new company assistant with a STD template, create a template, create and tweak a template, and if needed change the template and use the update company process.
