Hi IFS Guru,

I am trying to setup Warehouse Layout (Bays, Rows, Tiers and Bins) in IFS while I was doing the layout found out that during creation of Tiers system is showing double Tiers one in the bracket of Bins and other the same Tiers under Row, it should be in the order of  like

Bay>Row>Tiers>Bins

See the screen shot we are using IFS Cloud Version 22R1. Let me know is their any bug or I am doing something wrong.

Hi @KHAN001 , This looks correct, The Bin you have created is in Tier A11 and Row A1, that is why it shows Tier A11 within brackets. It is not two tiers. It is showing that the bin you have created is in TierA11.  If you expand Tier A11, it will show the Bin as ‘Bin A11 (Row A1)’ , indicating the row within brackets.

The hierarchy goes as this,

Hope this helps.

Thanks, Sayuri.
