Hi IFS Guru

We have some PM WO such as Inspection and has a KPI  Nos. of CPM ( Corrective Preventive Maintenance). While performing this work we need to collate, how many times the CPM Work Order is created from the PM WO, We would like to create a follow-up work order for such CPM WO with reference to PM WO number . How do I do that?

We are using IFS Cloud Version 21R2

Regards

hi @KHAN001

There is also an option on Work Tasks to register a new fault report which essentially creates a new Work Order for corrective maintenance that holds the source Work Order and Work Task reference.

If you do this from the work tasks of the PM Work Orders and you are able to run a custom report, you can pull in the data for all corrective maintenance Work Orders generated from PM Work Orders.

Create a Fault Report from the Work Task  menu

The source information can be viewed from the Prepare Work Order/Additional Information sub page or the Work Task/Additional Information sub page of the new Work order/Task.

best regards

HI @KHAN001

Try to create WO structure, then you can navigate to WO structure navigator page can see other connected WO details.

I hope this will help.
