Hi everyone, does anyone have experience with scheduling tools or equipment? I understand that PSO currently can't handle this, but is there a way to plan or reserve a tool manually for carrying out a specific activity?

It sounds like the parts functionality in PSO may be what you are looking for. We support a wide range of features around parts, which allow parts to be consumed or reused and collected from depots. Have you checked out our documentation?

The issue seems to be that we don’t currently manage the scheduling of tools, which means we lack a clear overview of whether a tool is in use or reserved for a specific activity. As I understand it, the only way to address this right now is to treat the tools as resources and schedule them in the same way we do with technicians
