Why changing status is not apply in projects window?

Sometimes, the system encounters errors when attempting to complete a project. Unfortunately, it doesn’t display an error message when you try to complete the project from the Projects screen. I recommend using the Project Navigator screen or the Project screen to complete your projects

Is it normal that this error is happening all the time?

@Armaghan You should be able to complete the project in the overview. However check if the project is having any in progress Work Items. You normally should get a warning or error message otherwise.

You can use the following window to check if there is any Unfinished Work Items. Generate and take actions accordingly.

If everything is ok the status should be able to change, if not that is an issue.
