Hi,
Would anyone be able to advise whether or not it is possible to download ALL attachments on an event in one go (similar to Outlook) from within assystWeb, instead of having to click on each attachment individually?

I can confirm that this is not possible currently in assyst. However, looks like a good suggestion to me. You can log this in the ideas area below and this will allow the customer community to see the suggestion and comment/vote on it.

Before saving your idea, enter "assyst" in both the Product Area and Tags fields, to ensure that your idea is registered under the IFS assyst category
