I have a building construction project.
My project started several months ago.
So, I have real costs on it.
Now my customer wants to change lamps in a room.
So, I have to remove the lamps currently planed and adding new lamps. For that, I have to send it a new quotation and after his validation, modify my project (remove the lamps n°1 and add lamps N°2)
Of course, il have to retreive on my project that the lamps n°1 have a negative quantity and that i need now lamps n°2.
What is the good way in IFS ? is SOW the good way ? which way do you think is the good ?
