Our customer (App10 UPD17) wants to install the ifseeextensioninstall.msi package on Terminal Server, but after installation it only works for the installing user, not for the other users. No problem with the Chrome extension itself (https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/ifs-ee-link-handler/hmnenmeloiaifbhgebbpkiapmjognkio?pli=1), only with the MSI package.
What is the recommended procedure?

Hi @LABAHU,

IEE extension is installed per user, so I believe this is the intended behavior. Therefore, what you can do is mass rollout the extension for all the users who access IEE from this terminal server, using Windows Group Policy or any other method your company IT department uses.

Hope this helps!
