23R1 | Request release update failed

Hi, I don’t find a solution to my problem so I decided to create a topic on the IFS community.

When I request a release update on the Release Studio I have a this message “Request Release Update Failed. Please contact your IFS Account Manager or Sales Representative for more information.
AleTraceId : 45bfc272-eb0f-4660-8f35-07517adbd3f9
ErrorCode : E0001
”.

I confirm that I already launched an impact assessment. Do you have an idea how can I solve my problem ? Thanks

I have a problem on my contract, and my business account manager solved it. Once this was done, I was able to request the release update.

Hi szebesta.

 

It seems there is an integration/communication problem between the IFS Lifecycle portal and IFS internal systems where Customer sales information is kept. I think the best option is to create an incident using the Support portal. Provide all relevant details such as the action taken and error message.

Thank you for your reply, I have already created a request on the support portal but I have to wait. I will let you know via this topic when it's closed.
