Hello, Community!

I need help with the custom page creation funcionality on IFS Cloud. I followed the steps shown on IFS Cloud technical documentation on how to create a custom page and I’ve managed to:

  1. Create a new entity;
  2. Create Persistents custom fields on the new entity;
  3. Create a new projection and tied it with the new entity;
  4. Create a new page and then added all the persistent custom fields through page designer.

The problem now is, I cannot input any information on the custom fields I’ve created. It doesn’t even have the iput box, so I can’t type any information in.

I’ve placed the custom fields using the group element in Page Designer.

Can you help me?

Thank you!

Thank you everyone for the answeres, turns out that the problem was with the server communication. We managed to reset it and now we are having no problems publishing new custom fields.

Thank you!!

Is it a detail page or an overview page?

In either case, make sure that you have selected Entity and Datasource Entity Set.

if it’s an overview page, perhaps the fields are not set to editable?

If it’s a detail page, you also need a selector linked to a Datasource and make sure your groups and lists have a Binding to that selector.

Can you share a screenshot of your Entity Configuration? Everything approved and published I assume? Permissions granted for the new entity?
