+1We are using IFS10 upd09 we downloaded the IFS .Net PrintAgent from the IFS add-on page, but when we try to install the following the instalation guide, but the executable doesn’t start, has anyone faced this issue?
We are trying to install the agent on a PC that is using Win11

When you double click on the executable, it looks like nothing happened, but in fact, it goes to the system tray in Windows as shown below:
Here you can RMB on the tray icon and select “Configure” to configure the Print Agent and “Monitor” to open the monitoring console.
