Confirmation of Customer Order report is failing

We recently upgraded our production IFS from App10 UPD5 to UPD15. When users are processing Customer Orders, they are receiving the following error message (this is not occuring in our QA or Development environments):

Message in Print Manager

GENREPORTIO:Could not generate report: 'TRANS_CONF_ERROR:Failed transforming report data : 'JAXP0801002: the compiler encountered an XPath expression containing '611' operators that exceeds the '100' limit set by 'FEATURE_SECURE_PROCESSING'.''

Hi @tcollins57 ,

This issue can be fixed by applying the  “IFS Middleware Server binary patch 10.16.19.0 delivered via LCS Solution 301730” or the latest version “IFS Middleware Server binary patch 10.19.22.0 delivered via LCS Solution 305455”.

Please raise a case to IFS Support Team including followings,

  1. A description of the issue.
  2. Test Plan - Steps to reproduce this error.
  3. Screenshot of the error message you get.

They’ll investigate the issue and provide you the solution.
