I urgently need to know how to grant our HR Manager, full HR Rights in IFS so she can do her role. She cannot see what she needs to see to create employees, to manage the employee files etc.
what do I need to grant her so she can access the full HR element of the system?

Hi,
You can grant ‘HR Application manager’ Grant from the ‘Supervisor Access Setup’ Page.
You need to log into the System as another HR Application Manager User or IFSAPP to grant this for another Person.
Please note that this Role should be granted only for Authorized Users since with this Role, the User will be able to see All the Data of the Employees in the Companies that the User has Access To.
