Our customer would like to know whether we support iOS 16 on apps 9 MWO app. As iOS 16 is now publicly available, what would be the advice for the customers who are using apps9 MWO .

From the Framework side, Apps 10 and App 9 functionality has not been certified yet. I believe it is the same from the MWO team as well. I will check and let you know. In the meantime, I think the advice for the customers should be not to update the devices to iOS 16 until it has been certified.
+12Hi, Rnd Mwo team is no longer doing any certification tests for App9 Apps.
+12Further Clarification :
All customers should disable automatic updates until the o/s version has been certified by IFS. For Apps 9, and for customers on extended support, we will continue to support iOS 15 whilst it can be run on the device and until the point at which Apple forces an update to iOS 16. We intend to certify iOS 16 between now and the end of March 2023, when extended support for apps 9 ends. This means that iOS 16 will be the last version of iOS to be supported on Apps 9.
