Have anyone experience from upgrade of App10 Aurena and IFS Cloud?
My question is if configurations and permission set in App10 Aurena interface will be uplifted to IFS Cloud or do we need to re-do it? E.g. page configurations (context), custom commands, permission set.

in IFS Cloud you have many screens which don’t exist in IFS App 10 (Aurena).
This means you have to check all your permission sets in IFS Cloud if you import them.
Therefore I recommend you to create new permission sets in IFS Cloud.
Generally, you cant’t import permission sets form IFS 10 IEE to IFS Cloud.
