Hi what are the options to add cost to a transfer within a site. we have transport task to transfer however if the transport cost to be added to inventory what options we have?
to be clear
location 1 at 100usd transfer to location 2 new inventory value is 125usd within same site.
I do believe this practice may not be correct. the transport cost perhaps should be added to overhead or other accounts and inventory value should remain 100.

+4There is no way that a transfer of a part between two stock locations within the same site can increase the inventory value of the part.There is no such functionality in the system.
It seems a bit odd that you would be able to increase your inventory value just by moving around stuff in the warehouse.
