TouchApps Entity Details - Delete Allowed

All,

we are planning on deploying the CRM Companion App for our users but the fact that Deletes are allowed in all entities on this app is a bit concerning. What is the best way to deploy this app with View only instead of updates and deletes?

Adding @AtaAbdavi to give a specifics of the current default implementation of the rule the CRM app and any other workaround for this requirement
