+2Hello! Could you please advise how we can populate the used cost field for sub contract line items in project connections/ project forecast. For POs this field is populated when the receipt is recorded. But for sub-contracts it does not populate when the valuation is certified even though the certified amount gets removed from the committed cost figure. Appreciate any input on this. Thank you!

My apologies, I misunderstood the question.
If “used cost” doesn’t appear in the Project connections/Project Monitoring pages upon certifying the valuation there could be one of several culprits at play.
Did you check the relevant posting controls, especially SCV13 to make sure they are properly setup with correct validity periods including the Project Pre posting AC2.
Moreover, please check if the associated accounts with former Posting control has been correctly mapped to the correct cost element in you case “Project Cost” under the “Cost Revenue element per code part value” page.
You can trigger a “Project Connection Refresh Run” if any posting or cost element values have been recently changed which could be holding the used cost value in a transitionary state.
