@MCIPSTEV you can manage this via Page Designer by using CRUD actions on the form.

By default all CRUD actions are available. But you can specifically disable any of them as needed:

@MCIPSTEV The plus sign is related to the projection permissions.

The wizard is based on CreateCopyProjectHandling projection.

The Project Definition page is based on ProjectDefinitionHandling.

Have you tried to change the permissions on the creat action of ProjectDefinitionHandling?
