Hi Community,
In sales contract window, if the value of "Contract Change Order Change Capturing Level" is on “Contract Item”, then the field “Change order Comment” is disabled. If the value is “Cost or Revenue Element” then the field is enabled.
Need to know the reason for this behavior.

This seems to be a bug. There is an ongoing investigation on this regard.

According to that, there is an ongoing investigation through Case CS0346019.
