Hi,

In IFS Application 9, is there a way to update all project transactions where the Resource ID is missing? We tried “Refresh Project Connections” but this didn’t update the missing information.

(It is about employees not connected to a resource group at the time the project transactions was created. This means the hours don’t have a price).

After updating the projects with any missing data and connecting the employees to the Resource Group, go to the Project Transactions overview.  Select the transactions that were missing the information originally (if they are Approved, unapprove them), then select Update Create Cost Accounting.

 

This should recreate the postings for those transactions but now with the missing info.  Then approve and transfer them to a voucher as you would normally.
