I was unable to fully understand it. Could you please brief it again with reference to our issue?

The parent part has to be a Tracked Part (Serial, Lot Batch Tracked, Or Order Based Lot Tracked) with multi level Tracking is Selected as below, then you create shop order and Receive, make sure the received Part can be seen in the As Built Structure page.

The below is an example for a Serial Tracked Part

Did the above process but no change occurred still the sub items are not visible on that page

Can you send us the Screen Shot of the As Buit Structure Page? for the Part received from the Manufacturing type Shop Order?

Expand the Tree Navigator on the Left

And click on the Parent Part,

Yes already did this but still its not visible

Can you send us the screen of “As built structure” of the part , that has been issued to the Shop Order?
