A manufactured part was created and not used, but it is in status Buildable. Can it be deleted? I have not been able to take it to any status that can be deleted.

I believe we cannot delete the manufactured part once the connected product structure revision is in buildable status. Hence you can Phase out the product structure revision so that it wont we used anymore and also change the status of inventory part where on hand, demand & supplies are not allowed.
