We’re testing Project Time Registration. When a user F2’s on this screen they see time registrations for all empoyees rather than just being restricted to their own - as happens on the Time Registration screen.
Have we missed a setup screen?

The underlying logic to fetch the employees has a filtering on the view project_access_emp_users_x where project access is determined. I haven’t looked deep into this but looking at the view I feel you need to look at project access settings.

You need to define the Position and the Access Role. The Access Role determines which acces rights the Position has. You need to assign a Position to an Employee. By doing this you can determine which access rights the Employee has. So you can determine if the Employee has access to all employees, or only this his own.
