MRP and CRP scheduling

Hey guys,

 

My first post here so please let me know if I’ve posted in the wrong thread or missed any information required to explain my issue in greater detail.

 

When running MRP, you have a dialog box that has the option to run CRP alongside in a tick box, I tick this but the data seems to be missing from CRP, or it doesn’t actually run possibly?

We have to wait until the system automatically runs CRP overnight until we can see any changes made in MRP, reflected in CRP.

 

Is there any way around this, other than just having to wait it out?

Hi,

This check box will not run the Perform CRP calculation.

The idea is that it will make the shop order requisition dates more accurate as it will ‘schedule’ them as if they were shop orders rather than just using the leadtime information.

 

It is possible to run the Perform CRP calculation directly from the IFS Navigator at any time (if you have access) 🙂
