I am not able to create folder structure because it does not do anything when I click on ‘Manage Report Structure’ on the ribbon when in the design mode.

Am I missing anything in the installation or how do I get this resolved?

Hello,

What permission set do you currently hold? There are different permission sets that allow different access such as administration to manage the report structure.

Below are the permission sets usually connected to Business Reporter.

 

 

The process you are following is correct, go to design mode and click on Manage Report Structure and the below window should appear.

From the above permission sets, I have only BA_USER and BA_SUPER_USER.

Which permission sets, should I have to manage report structure?
